I’ve been getting fun, new and old-fashioned correspondence from the ‘rents as they make their way to Idaho and back, including postcards and stories of the things they’ve done and the people they’ve seen. And every now and then a pic of something neat, like Aliz, this lovely Japanese doll that my mother thought I’d love – and she was right!
Besides Aliz, they’ve sent back photos of some of the places they’ve been. They aren’t big, being from text messages, but I had to share these that I believe are from Nebraska (as seen through the eyes of an American Dream RV). They were too lovely not to post!

September 3, 2013Nebraska has a special place in my heart because it was in Lincoln that my parents met my to-be husband for the first time and he asked their blessing ( a lovely gesture). I also had a similar Japanese doll when I was about 3 or 4 years old. Brings back memories of Ho – Ti. Thanks for following my fun, too!
